Where do I find my tracking number?
It is in the shipping confirmation email we send when your parcel leaves us - not the order confirmation. Search your inbox for the word shipped. If it is not there, check your spam folder before writing to us.
How long does delivery take?
Orders leave within 1-2 working days. EU delivery takes 3-7 working days from dispatch. A tracking number can take up to 24 hours to start showing movement after it is issued.
My tracking has not updated
A number that has not moved for a day or two is usually still with the carrier and simply not scanned yet. If nothing has changed after five working days, contact us with your order number and we will chase it.
